Arun Khatri is a litigation lawyer with over 20 years of experience in criminal litigation, white-collar crime, and regulatory enforcement matters. He practises before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Trial Courts, and tribunals, advising corporations, business leaders, and individuals in complex and high-stakes disputes.
He has served as Special Public Prosecutor for the Enforcement Directorate, and has been associated with prosecutions for other central agencies including the Narcotics Control Bureau, Serious Fraud Investigations Office, and Department of Customs. His experience on both the prosecutorial and defence sides provides him with a strategic understanding of investigative processes, enforcement actions, and courtroom strategy.
Mr. Khatri regularly represents clients in matters involving economic offences, corporate fraud, regulatory investigations, and criminal proceedings arising from commercial and financial transactions. His work spans advisory, investigation-stage representation, trial advocacy, and appellate litigation.
He holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law and an LL.B. from the University of Delhi, and his prior experience with international law firm Pestalozzi Lachenal Patry in Zurich provides him with expertise in cross-border legal matters and dispute resolution.He has also worked with former Additional Solicitor General of India, Ms. Pinky Anand.
